Proactive Industries Ltd. are a Walsall based company manufacturing batch ranges of 10 to 100,000 from aluminium, steel and S/S, and specialises in window and door furniture, in particular butt hinges, patio handles, cleats and tension blocks. All supported by an onsite powder coating plant.
Proactive Industries Ltd. approached Brown and Holmes for extraction units for their range of HAAS machine tools.
After a site visit to review, measure and evaluate the machines a proposal was put forward for the correct sized units, and an agreed mounting solution to suit the machines and shop floor area.
The install was completed by our team of engineers in one day, with no disruption to the production of parts. Proactive Industries Ltd. now have a set of HAAS machine tools all equipped with MistBusters® providing a clean working environment with a lower running cost and internal serviceability.
